  1. Take it back to where You bought it. If this is an attempt at 'Wacky humour' it failed. If this is not an attempt at 'Wacky humour', I wish You luck of exchanging Your spade.

  2. Take it back to where you got it from, with proof of purchase, and you should not have a problem!

  3. Or call their customer services department and ask them what the procedure is as the original store may not be in existence anymore, especially if the spade is 9 years old.

  4. your best bet is contact the maker,be sure you have proof of purchase, and date you bought it,do the same if you want to take it back to store,if its normal wear and tear damage you may get an exchange,if its been abusive wear forget it.

  5. Depends how long you've had the item for.

If you have had it under 1 year then you can take it back to the store you purchased it from.

If you've had the item over 1 year then the store's 1 year guarantee has expired & you'll have to contact the manufacturer of the item with regards to a replacement.

    Good Luck.X :-)
