Question:

How do I exercise the back of my arm???

Not the Bicep but the part on the back/under the arm that sometimes flaps back & forth on old ladies, How do I firm that up with free weights???

  2. Ok. I wrestled in highschool for 4 years. went to state and everything. the best way to work out the back of ur arms at home is to find 2 dinning rom chairs. Extend ur legs straight onto one chair, crossing ur ankles. use the other chair to lower urself as ur gripping it, hands and arms behind ur back. lower urslef as far as u can go. repeat ten times than rest. than repeat 9 times, than 8. than ur done. u'll feel it in the morning for sure :-)

    I hope this makes sence to u. its hard to describe without pictures or showing u. Im sorry if it seems complicated. hahahahahah. it realt isnt.
