How do I extract a .001 series of files?

Question

All the files are is a series of filename.001 through filename.081 and a filename.sfv. Winrar wont open the sfv file, but if I add a .rar extension to the other files, winrar will open them, but not realize the sequence.

These are checksum files you can use for generating missing files in a series.

WinRAR will recognise the sequence if you leave the files as the .001 to .081. All you have to do is right click the first file (.001), click "Open with..." and choose WinRAR, it should now load them all together.
