How do I extract my iPod pictures?

Is there a way to get the photos on my iPod on to my computer's desk top? When I plug my iPod into my computer, itunes opens up and it lists the songs on my iPod and I can do with them what I want. But how can I extract my pictures? I want to upload them to my MySpace page. Thanks for your help.

Once your i-pod is plugged in, choose photos, either select a folder and delete photos from their. or Un-check the entire photo folder
