How do I extract the music out of a video?

I have a video with a good song in it, now I need just the song, how can I take it?

I use QuickTime Pro ($20, and you can get it at Apple.Com) since it's really simple to use. You can also use Audacity - it's a free download.

Audacity is a good free program for recording sound. I have to have it on my computer to do this.
