I keep going to sleep at a good time because I get tired at that time. BUT, I went to sleep at around 9:30, and woke up at 11:30, and now I'm wide-awake, and probably won't fall back asleep until 5:30 in the morning, be woken up at nine, and sneak back into bed and have naps on and off till 2 in the afternoon. I start school on MONDAY, and today's THURSDAY, tomorrow's Friday. PLEASE help, It's already affecting my health, I feel like I want to barf and I feel gross all the time and everything always hurts. Help!
