1. Oh its sooo hard for me to fall asleep on christmas eve!!, There is chewables, at all drugstores!

I'd rather not go to sleep until later, because you have to wait

a WHOLE year for it to come again!, and i love that warm feeling inside when you know that its christmas and you are with family and friends! oh ya, im deep! lol! but i really do love the holidays, something about it just catches my love!

  2. read a book for a whil then you will fall asleep iv done it befor it did work

  3. haha im exactley the same i recently downloaded christmas music on my ipod:D haha and i have the same problem, and i just take allergy medicine and im gone, they have it for kids thats liquid, or nyquil could work! aha good luck!

  4. I know I never do either!

  5. Christmas day can be exciting. It makes you excited, and you don;t want to go to sleep. Try counting slowly in your heard. 23rd december, go to bed really late, and christmas eve wake up early. Then you will be tired, and want to go to sleep. Merry Christmas :)

  6. Ha ha, no worries. You're not alone. I'm not sure if they make sleeping pills in chewable form, but it's best to avoid that kind of stuff all together. You need 8+ hours of sleep to feel better after taking them and there's a good chance you won't get that much. Try this instead.

Change into your super comfy pajamas, even if they're hideous. You can change in the morning. Make yourself a steamer by heating up one cup of milk until it's HOT, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a few drops of vanilla extract. (don't worry if you don't like milk, it really doesn't taste like it). Find a boring book (think a text book from school). Turn off all the lights except for one by your bed, close enough that you can turn it off without getting out of bed. Drink your Steamer and read the book for half an hour (or until your eyes feel really tired, whichever comes first) then switch off the light and close your eyes. Count slowly backwards from 100. If you reach 0 just try and sleep for a half hour. If you're still awake then, turn the light back on and start reading again. You'll get to sleep eventually. By the way, try not to have the TV or computer on for at least a half hour before you start this. They work as stimulants, doing the exact opposite of what you want.

  7. Try reading a good book. That will help you sleep. Yes there are chewables just go to your local drug store.

  8. Read a book, listen to music...... there are plenty of things to wear you out.
