How do I fall asleep?

I have the worst insomnia. I get up at 6, get home at 6. And then I got to bed at 9 or 10 but end up looking at the clock and its 2 am. The only time I don't have troubles is when its the weekend and I end up sleeping forever. But then on Sunday night I only get 3 hours sleep. Nyquill helps but I don't want to be dependant on that...again.

  1. try reading and get in to a routine for during the week like you have a bath get a drink read for 10 minutes then go to sleep

  3. What I find really helpful to have a real fun relaxed stress and anxiety free day is to drink a lot. Have a few good swigs in the morning, take a hip flask with you when you go out, or go to school or work, and then get stuck into the booze in the late afternoon. It really gives you a good night’s sleep and when you wake up feeling a bit fuzzy the next morning a few good swigs will set you up for another good stress free day. I find Vodka good as people do not smell it on your breath. I’m having a ball and doing really well with my studies at University. I have a great part time job at a local book store and the management have no idea I’m half pissed all the time, I got employee of the month for the last two months and I am leading part time sales by heaps this month. It certainly makes the time go quick and adds a lot of fun to the day.

  4. Project yourself to a peaceful and restful scene.  I go to the mountains of colorado, am in a small log cabin with a fire in the fireplace nestled in bed.  You can hear the river which is right outside......Works everytime.

  5. The bad thing about this precribed sleeping pills is the side effect. And it is also very addictive. So before you try anything of this product. I'll reccommend  Melatrol. It works for me, Works for my mom, and works for a friend. Guess it will work for you.!


  6. try a natural product. Had the same problem years back. even tried valium. but when i told my doctor that it just make me feel tired but still  can't sleep. she gave me melatrol. it's a natural product  that can help you relax thus sleeping will not be a problem. Maybe you should try it.
