  1. It's actually quite simple. First, you must boil milk to its obvious boiling point. Then you must let it cool. Then pour the milk into a baby bottle and proceed to feed the kittens. This is actually what www.kittyvets.com says.

If your cat happens to be hungry then this is what I suggest:

Pounce is a brand of cat treats that are manufactured by Del Monte Foods. The treats come in different flavors such as Tuna, Chicken, Seafood Medley, Catnip and Three Cheese. In the 1980s, pounces were also available in such flavors as shrimp (packaged in a yellow container) and beef (packaged in a red container).

or if you disagree with Pounce's politcs (I understand most of them live in Sweeden) then I suggest finding the mother and throwing her at the kittens. Then YELL AT HER AND TELL HER TO DO HER JOB. TELL HER THE FAMILY LINE IS AT STAKE AND OBVIOUSLY SHE CARED BEFORE BECAUSE SHE GAVE BIRTH TO THE FURRIES!

Again, hope this helps. By the way, if you can't score any milk, my ebay account can hook you up. check out my account at "theknowitall123748948209380328503486928... I will obviously be able to help you.

Oh, and if any of this sounds like BS it isn't. It couldn't be further from the lies.

    Or was that the truth?

  2. Baby formula I suppose. Since they're probably too young to handle regular milk.

If the mom comes back, make sure she doesn't leave the house and stay with the kittens.

  3. DONT LET THE MOTHER GO AWAY THATS Y THEY ALWAYS SAY FOR THE MOTHER TO STAY WITH THE KITTENS ALL THE TIME THE FORMULAR IS FOR ABANDONED KITTENS ITS FAIRLY HARD TO GET THEM BACK ONTO CATMILK AFTER THE FORMULAR ITS EASIER IF U DO IT FROM A BABY BOTTLE

    HOPE I HELPED

(sorry didnt realise the caps lock was on)

    xx

  4. Go to HEB and get kitten formula bring ten dollars. Use kitten bottles. Baby bottles are to big. only fill the bottom 8th of it.Thats all they will use refrigrater.

  5. The kittens will be okay.  Wait another day the mother will most likely come back.  Nature tends to take care of itself.

If you do need to feed them, go to the vet or pet store and get kitten formula.  It is not the same as human formula.  Remember that newborns will take a lot of work to raise by hand (I have done it before) and need several feedings a day.

  6. Go to Petco, Petsmart, or other pet stores.  They sell KMR - Kitten Milk Replacement.  They usually sell a pack with small bottles, follow the directions and be careful to HOLD THE KITTENS UPRIGHT and feed them slowly as to not cause aspiration.

Please see the links in my sources for more information and guides on bottle feeding kittens.

  7. First thing is first you should def not feed baby milk or regular milk to the kittens for a prolonged period of time, baby formula and reg milk do not have all the nutrients that kittens need, go to your local pet store and get kitten formula (KMR kitten milk replacement), depending on the kittens age you might not have to bottle feed them they might be able to lap, do they have their teeth? are their eyes open? are their ears open? if they have their teeth they should be able to start eating normal kitten food, try to mix milk replacement with some wet food, if they start to eat that, that means that they are ready for the switch, keep feeding them that mixture for 2ish weeks offer them water and moistened dry food. It could be very possible the the mother cat is trying to spend more time away from her kittens as part of the weaning process, if you could post a picture of the kittens I could estimate their age for you and tell you what you should do from there.

I would suggest not to give the kittens back to the momma, I know that sounds terrible but it would be the best thing for the kittens, you could keep them til they are about 7-8weeks old when they are fully weaned and then give then to loving homes instead of them being outside with the possibility of them getting killed, also try to get the momma cat and get her fixed at a humane society, i think that some of them might do i for free.

  8. I agree with the formula specifically for kittens; they have it in powder form also.  The sell the baby bottles too.

As they get older (I'm assuming you'll be taking care of them at this point), get the human baby cereal (looks like instant potatos), mix some of the formula in with it and warm it up to a soupy mixture.  It will be a mess, but great nutrition for them.

Also, put them in a box with a heating pad on low covered with lots of towels, and a clock at the bottom; this simulates the heartbeat of the mom.  And expect to get no sleep since they should be fed every 4 hours.  Good luck.

  9. KRM formula. You can find it at petco/petsmart. Walmart does carry it also. How old does the kitten seem to be? Are it's eyes open yet. If not, it is under two weeks old. If they are, and you feel a tooth coming in , they are closer to 3-4 weeks. try this websites:

    www.feralcat.com

It was very helpful to me when the orphaned kittens adopted my family. I had 4 but during the night last night, one passed away. so I'm down to 3 and they are now about 5 weeks old. The were just 3 1/2 weeks when we found them. Thier momma was hit by a car.

  10. put milk in a baby bottle and feed it that or there are special kitten bottles you can find in pet stores
