I'm single, never been in a relationship, and I get lonely a lot. It's kind like a need a man to ease my loneliness that I'm feeling; I'm 20 years old to add. What are somethings I can do to ease that loneliness that I feel without a guy?

  1. Get a dog

  2. contact friends often.

    make lots of friends

have lots of conversations with people you can trust.

    email me

  3. surround yourself with people. get a boyfriend, go on online dating things. give yourself me-time and think up all the bad things that boys bring to relationships. forget everything and concentrate on the future. wait for that right guy because otherwise you could ruin your life (to be subtle).

  4. Reach out and find a connection to God and you will never be alone.

I an 63 and I was alone most of my life and miserable most of the time, or drunk; until I found God and filled the hole in my life.  Now I am content to have God to talk to and know that if I have another relationship it will be God's will, not mine.

  5. Join a chat or common interest group. Read a good book that relates to various socialization techniques. Join a club or a gym where people gather for common interests. Also, maybe a religious organization.

  6. Do things that make you happy. Occupy yourself. Go out and do fun things and just make sure you enjoy every moment. Don't worry that you are 20 and have never been in a relationship because this way you have time to find yourself and love yourself before you involve yourself with anyone. Life is short make sure you enjoy it. Your time will come. Trust me honey..
