How do I figure the capacity of a basket?

I'm comparing prices and capacities of rolling laundry carts. They use "bushel", but the sizes are similiar. I'd like to be able to figure how much (of anything) they would hold so I could compare them. I'm sure it's a math formula.

1 US bushel = 35 liters = 7.8 gallons = 31 quarts = 1.2 cubic ft = 150 cups
