How do I file a complaint against a business?

I bought an ice cream cake from Baskins Robbins in the South Bronx, however they messed up my order and I didn't have a cake for my daughter's 13th birthday party. I am still fighting them to get my money back because the manager who wrote the cake order did not write it legible. I am going back and forth with them to get my money back because I never received the cake which messed up her party. I want to log a complaint against them because they're giving me the run around about reimbursing me my money.

  1. Stores are franchised and independently owned.

I could not find a contact in USA.

This is Australia.  I don't know if they are head quartered there.

This is a form that you can fill out, and maybe they will contact you, or give you info in US.

They ask for comments, but no place to enter those on the form.

    Hopefully they will contact you.

    Good luck.

You can contact BBB, but in my opinion they're not worth sh**.  They send a letter to the owner.  That's it.

    or

http://welcome.bbb.org/     this is for business complaints

  3. my aunt had a similiar problem with direct tv and she went to badbusinessdealings.com...i think...and it wasn't long before they were calling her to see what they could do to make things right because she was causing them to lose customers.

  4. try calling this number Customer Support: (800) 859-5339 and file a formal complaint with the headquarter....most businesses are privatly owned so its harder to get your money back....but its a lot easier to call the headquarters where they help with unsatisfied customers

  5. BBB Better business Bureau. http://welcome.bbb.org/

  6. Well, the Better Business Bureau takes and investigates complaints against businesses.  Goto www.bbb.org, enter your zip code, and click on "BBB for Consumers".  Under the "Complaints" section, click "File a Complaint".

Historically, about 70% of complaints filed with the BBB are resolved.  They are a very powerful consumer advocate and are absolutely free.
