That is the method that I have been using for the life of my contract and it gets a bit frustrating when you are on the phone going back and forth with some stupid idiot that asks YOU when does your statement end! They have gotten me to the point of tears. I have never had a company make me more frustrated than Sprint. EVERY month for the last year they have applied a credit to my bill because they cant explain where these extra charges came from. I mean it's just utterly ridiculous that they have such horrible customer service skills. And when you ask to speak to some one else, they get offended and hang up. I am at my wits end. Ready to pay termination fee.
