How do I fill out forms for government grant to open a residential home for boys?

I would like to open a home for urban community boys. I would like to show them that there is another route to take in life instead of gangs, violence, and drugs. I would like to steert them in education and to build on there indiviual talent in a postive way. Show them how they could be a productive to society and not a problem.

Contact the foster care program in your local community/county to get information on licensing etc. for your area.  They can suggest funding sources too.
