Hi everyone. I'm filling the DS-157 on Acrobat. However, in the fields that ask for "dates of employment" and "dates of attendance" I can only input one date in the mm-dd-yyyy format.

Shall I write the starting date or the finishing date?

  1. You can either just write in the starting date or print out the completed form (missing this information) and then write (in pen) the correct dates.

  2. How are you inputting the seperator between the start and finishing dates? Try variations of mm/dd/yyyy-mm/dd/yyyy, or mm/dd/yyyy - mm/dd/yyyy.

If you can't get it to work, then do write it in by pen.

  3. Write in the starting date =) Good Luck!

  4. Works fine on my computer. Try upgrading your version of acrobat maybe?
