Don't be to picky with credit ( but then again they have bad credit for a reason), but alot of people are loosing their homes( as you already know) and have a repo on their credit but they are good people and you cant be sure under what circumstances they lost their home, but to me those type people would be good tenants and really need somewhere to go.
