How do I find DJs for my internet radio station?

I run a small internet radio station. No matter what I seem to do to advertise, I always have problems getting people who want to DJ on the station. I'd like to know, how do I gain DJs for my station?

Are you paying people to do this? That could obviously be a factor. If not, I'm sure you have some friends that would like to do it? Either way, I would mention that you're looking at your nearest broadcast college - radio students need experience to get a good paying gig, and some of them would work for free to put something on their resume, but, since there is little money in this industry, if you could afford to give them some cash, you'll have better luck.

Radio students and recent grads are your best bet.
