I need to find Specialy Malls with themes such as Home Decor, Interior Design, Home improvement or Malls which are more inclined to the above sectors.

Speciality malls are new concept in India. Theres a one near Delhi for buying jewelery callled Gold Soak. For specific themes like Home Decor, Interior Design etc. there  are specific markets which specialise in the products. they have a lot of variety and are far cheaper than the so called Malls.
