How do I find a Go-getter dynamic lady to head our operations in Mumbai?

I have been looking for a dynamic lady to head our Mumbai operations for almost two years. I am not succeeding. Does anybody know a good search agency in Mumbai that can help me in this objective? The person I am looking need to be smart and could be from direct marketing, public relations, modelling and acting background. Age between 25-35 years
