How do I find a best friend who moved?

Important Details: One of my best friends moved away somewhere far, in whitby ontario. I don't have his email, phone number, or his parent's names. I only know his name. How do I find him? He don't have facebook btw. Please help, you don't know how important this friend is to me.

Well, his name is Rendell Fajarito. Before he moved, I geuss I didn't treat him so well. I was on his side so much, but my friends didn't like him that much. We were best friends, we shared common interests, and a great bond. At the end, my friends were right, he was kinda annoying lol. so I treated him badly like my other friends did. I feel so bad and I regret it. Please help.

try searching by their last name also.  that works sometimes. search on 411.com  ( I dont know how far it goes) maybe or yahoo and google. good luck. I hope this helps.
