WELL..EVERY SUNDAY THE CLASSIFIEDS COME OUT AND THEN YOU CAN LOOK!

Join a Yahoo Group dedicated to the species of bird you are interested in.  You'll not only get to know breeders but you'll learn a lot about the species itself and be able to ask plenty of questions.

Don't forget to check out http://www.petfinder.com as well. Even if you don't find what you're looking a rescue might be able to point you towards a great breeder.
