It seems most are scams, but I know some have to be legit where you don't have to pay to apply.

  1. Yes, some are scams. My rule of thumb is NEVER PAY TO JOIN A SITE! I have been burned a few times. Luckily, I did find some legit sites. They are 100% free to join. Feel free to check out my blog. If you have any questions, please post it on my blog and I will answer it. If you are not interested in the information on my blog, I have included links to two books I have gotten alot of good information from. They tell you how to make money. Enjoy!

  2. There are free work at home jobs online. Typically they pay you to view advertisements, take surveys, etc.

Once such site is Inbox Dollars. I've written a blog post about getting your first $30 from Inbox Dollars in under an hour.

The main problem with finding sites like this that are legit is needing to go through all the scam sites. I use Marketing Pond, which is a collection of prescreened sites guaranteed to payout when they say they will. See my Marketing Pond Review for a list of legit programs.

    Good luck!

  3. Hope these job websites can help you.

  4. There is always eBay.

there is not many legit web business for the home business person so don't be fooled into sending money to some place that promises you there is.

There is Commission Junction if you have a high traffic website you become an affiliate for and can make some chump change but it takes a lot of people launching off you website to their links.

As for EBay hordes of people have made a living off EBay and here is some links to get you info.

First is there front door http://hub.eBay.com/buy

To learn about how to sell as a newbie there is plenty of free help at  http://hub.eBay.com/community?_trksid=m3...

    http://pages.ebay.com/sellercentral/what...

The best way for some is their stores; this has a possible cost   http://stores.ebay.com/

Free is not always the best avenue in life. So don't be afraid to spend a little. It cost to get some good venue with eBay and may be the thing you need.

And as a disclaimer I don't own ebay/paypal stock nor at this time I am selling on eBay although I will be soon as soon as I get a new digital camera (which is a must if you are to sell on eBay.)
