How do I find a person's phone number when I only know the town they live in, on the web?

I have an address of an old friend from my childhood that I've lost touch with. But I would like to call her. How can I find her phone number using my computer to get it?

Just call them up and ask them their number, duh.

Text message her adress to 466453(Google) and it will text you back her number if it is not blocked.  If you cant text message go to Google right click on more and click open click Mobil SMS ( I think thats what it is, if its not thats close) and it will have a place where you can text it through your computer for free.
