Use search engines such as the ones listed.How ever if its a female,she may have married & no longer uses same last name. = zabasearch.com ~ pipl.com ~ metacca.com ~ whitepages.com,these are all free to use. otherwise use a paid search  but under yahoo guide lines i can not say who.

try searching in Social Networking Sites like MySpace,Facebook,Multiply,Friendster... well the problem with that is if he/she doesn't use his real and/or complete name in that site...
