How do I find a ring from JC Penny that I got 2 years ago?

I lost my ring that my boyfriend got me and I need to find another one exactly like it. I looked on the JC Penny website, but I can not find one that is like it. He got it for me about two years ago.

Jewelry cahanges about every 90- 180 days at JC penney, so the odds of you finding one exactly like it is not good, IJust tell him what happened  and see how he reacts, /
