How do I find a skeleton key for my old home's warded locks?

When I google for a place that sells them / tells you which one you need, all I come across are lock-picking websites..

When I open the inside of it, these numbers are in the metal: 4-8-6

I'd like to be able to lock my door without punching holes in the wood with an external lock.. need to find the right key for this ancient thing!
