How do I find an address for my neices and nephews in Turkey?

Their father kidnapped them to Turkey. We as a family are not allowed any connections with the kids (12, 9 and 3 yrs old). It has been 1 and a half years since he took the kids from my sister. They are going through a VERY terrible divorce and I would not ever contact him. I miss my neices and nephew and want them to know I still love them. How do I find out the address of thier grandparents to just start mailing cards and stuff? They are in Trabzon, Turkey and I am in California, USA.

Ask the Immigration Office for the addresses where the kids were taken based on their entry cards.
