Here are three sources...

1. Forces Reunited is your best source... fast, easy search by name...  it is a website listing names and dates served on the HMS Devonshire.  They are the largest community of UK ex-forces personnel and they can furnish you with names, dates of service men that served on the HMS Devonshire. They currently have over 300,000 crew members listed.

2.  The Royal Naval Association - they might have information on who you are looking for - but it will take longer to find it...

3. If all else fails, you can certainly inquire with RNCOM directly...  They for sure have all the information you want - but depending on who, why, what, when, and your relation to the serviceman, you may or may not get any information.
