How do I find info on specific things when I go to a town and ask for a person or item about a certain thing ?

I am looking for articles and 2 obits in the town I grew up in and get info with everything but what I am looking for. I get anything that has the name even if it is not pertaining to my interest. example if I use the name Mark any article with the word or name comes up and not pertaining to my search.
