How do I find my adopted brother?

I have known for a while now that I have a brother my mother gave up for adoption when she was 19. I know the agency and I know the state and town his birthday things like that. Does anyone know how I can find him? I don't know if the agency will give me any information because I'm not his mother. Please help.

You can't be so sure. Try it out, Give information about you and your mother. Or go with your mom. Explain the town, State, birthday, boy, age, and all that. I'm sure they will give you the information.

Put on a wig and a dress, and maybe some lipstick. The People at the agency will either think you're his mother, or they will laugh at you.
