How do I find my missing father who is possibly residing in France?

Question

I have had no contact with my father since the age of three, nor has my mother or supposedly any of his close family. His last known wherabouts were in France, working on the Disneyland Paris project (roughly 1990) then I found a picture of him on the internet posing with a Fremch band also somewher in France dating 2001.

Hence, how do I go about searching for a family member possibly living in France?
