How do I find other people's IP address?

I recently got a comment on my youtube channel. I don't have many views, so I figured this person must know me personally. The comments made fun of little things about me and my friends, that no random internet person could know.

I want to be able to find their IP address, and therefore find out who they are.

Please help if you can.

If it has harassment of any sort in the message you can technically file a police report and have them ask YouTube to give the IP address, but there is no other legal plan of action that we can provide you on Yahoo Answers to give you a good answer.
