How do I find out about an order from a company I found on yahoo shopping if the company won't respond to me?

I ordered a product to be sent to me 2nd day air 2days ago and have not received it (8:30 PM on 2nd day). I tried to contact the company but can get no answer on one number and the 800 number is disconnected.

It's probably just late.wait a couple of days before you panic. When they say two day delivery you still have to add at least one day for packing.I'd be pissed about the poor service too. Contact Yahoo Shopping, maybe they can help.

was there an email or snail mail address on the website? You can contact the local BBB in that town (use snail mail address) to see if it's a valid business. Was the 2nd day Fri? Maybe there was a delay-see if it comes Mon. Also if you know how the were sending it (FEd ex, DHL etc) you should have gotten a tracking #. Use that to see if it was sent & where it is. if it lookls like this was a fake biz,Call your credit card company & make sure that there are no fraudulent charges, tell them to dispute that charge & you should be ok...
