I havn't talked to my father or my mother for quite some while now, my father since I was three and my mother about three years ago. I would like to get information about his career in the military. I know that he was because I was born on George Airforce Base and that was in 1967. How do I find out about his career if this is all I know?

  1. I do believe you cannot access a living person's military record from the government.   Try the web or contact the Air Force Base directly to see what is available to you.

  2. The military keeps records of everything. you have to poke around on the web. Try ask.com and in the search line enter, "births on Georgia Air Force bases" hen narrow your search from there

it took me 3 yrs to find out stuff about my grandfather who was shot down in Germany in WW2. So you have to be persistant. sometimes it takes a while for info to be posted.
