How do I find out how many people visit my page? Sometimes I see a counter and sometimes I do not!?

i havent a clue, but like you i would like to.

The view counter will come and go. This is a Glitch. But if you write down the number when you have it, then you lose it, it will still show higher then the one you wrote down.

You can alwats add a view counter to your page in your Blog but you need to move it every five Blogs.

You can get one from the web search and write the number down so you can add it to your view counter when you set it up.
