Are you talking about the Kentucky Derby glasses?  There is collector book that you can probably find at your local library.  It has every Kentucky Derby glass made what it's price value is.

Go to ebay.com,and type in "Kentucky Derby festival" You won't find 1970's sets but you will find 1980's sets
