How do I find out if my friends- Curtis Harris and Family are still alive in the Philippines?

Curtis went over to Manila around the end of May and was due back to work some-time but never gave us a definite time of return, only said he would be gone a month. I work with him and my boss was concerned and his other employer called us too. I saw headlines and searched for days and nights on-line millions of documents of disaster to find him. Please let me know A.S.A.P.

Well, I think, you can call the your embassy here in the Philippines.

I am very sure they have connections and can help you find him.
