How do I find out my employee information?

Im filling out a form that requires all the info of all the jobs Ive had in the past 5 years. including start and end dates... Now I cant remember what day i started on or quit on.. and I have had 5 different jobs... How would I find this out? (In Canada)

  1. You could try contacting your previous employers to see if you can get the information from them.


  2. Just give approximate dates. Employers really want to know how long you were on the job. Most of them don't even check.
