  1. You can not

    Only owners of 5% or greater ownership must report their holdings to the Securities & Exchange Commission.

    All other owners is private information and not available, not only to the public but also to the regulators.

You cant unless, they own 5 percent or more of the outstanding shares.  Or they are an officer of the company, a mutual fund or institutional investo, and these dont have to own 5 percent.  They have to report whatever they own.  Most shares of individual holders are held in street name anyway, in the brokers name.

  3. you don't.  that is private information protected by the privacy act.

  4. You don't.  If you are wondering about the CEO and his ownership % - it may be listed in the company prospectus, but stock ownership for the masses is not.
