How do I find out the name of this restaurant?

I really need to find out the name of this restaurant in Milan. We ate there on holiday last week and I really need to contact them. How can I contact them and how do i find out the name????

Please help!!

You could go to Yellowpages.com and look up Restaurants in Milan, (whatever state) and it will give you a listing, then look through and hopefully you will recognize the name.
