How do I find out the number of websites (not pages) that are linking to me?

I ran a link: search for my website and came up with thousands of results. Many of these are from the same website (that site has hundreds of pages, and each one has a link to me.) Is there a way to get a list of the domains that are linking to me? I'm trying to determine all of the different sites that link to me--not just individual pages--and it's hard when I have to parse through page after page of links from the same site.

You can get some help from alexa.com or if you are owning the portal...you can find the details in the control panel section.
