  1. I've found that there isn't just one place or website to find foreclosures.  They are listed all over the place.  

    However this is a website that has a list of websites for Bank Owned Properties.

  2. All foreclosures are available at your County Recorder's Office.  THey will help you.  Mine is available online.  You can't make money doing this, tho.  The foreclosures are properties worth $200,000 that have mortgages of $250,000.  To buy one at the foreclosure auction, you must pay cash.  No loans.

  3. County Courthouse.

    Don't waste your money on pay sites.  They are usually outdated.
