There is no central database available to the public.  Some possible approaches:

1. Ask them.  (However, they might lie.)

2. Follow them.  (Wait outside their home early in the morning.  When they leave to go to work, follow them there.)

3. Look at their paycheck.

4. Look at the W-2 forms attached to their tax return.
