How do I find out who's calling?

There ids this weird number that calls my cell phone at least 10 times a day (no lie). Every time I pick up the when that number calls they wait like 5 seconds before they hang up. How do find out who's number it is? Or does anyone know how to block that number from calling my cell?

the only way  youll ever know is if you make a police report.  until then just dont pick up blocked calls or numbers you dont know.
