  1. we need more info to answer you question

  2. You won't, ever.

    'Who you are' is too much of a wide statement. There's always things changing you, affecting you and making you who you are. If you try and figure out who you are then you'll most likely never do it.

  3. It can be a long process never being sure if your doing the right thing that other people will approve of or what you can live with, we are all learning throughout our lives, it never stops.

    Try your best to be very positive and if your happy with a decision you make and it seems right to you, then carry on and follow it through even if others doubt you, if it eventually turns out you made a mistake just face it and decide yourself your own way forward.

    Personally i have frequently had to make big decisions, some years ago i knew i was g*y and my dad hated me for it but i refused to be someone i'm not, 12 years ago i got into bad money problems my boyfriend robbed me of money and property, i decided to go bankrupt it was not easy, after doing so about 2 years later i was arrested but got off with a police caution, swore i would never get any more credit cards or loans but once again in 2001 after moving i started getting my computer hacked real bad, so bought endless replacements, on credit, then my car went wrong so got more credit for a replacement, that shortly went wrong and my bank offered another loan i took it to buy another secondhand car, i guess i already new i was in big trouble, my computers were all hacked and ruined, i spent over £20,000 just on different hardware to try and stop the hacking, my mobile phone's were also hacked by a neighbour, so i kept buying new handsets and getting new contracts hoping to slip the hackers but never did, by now things were pretty desperate, i expected the police to arrest me but so far they have not, i joined a thing called payplan which is sponsored by business organisations like asda and barclays bank and the police.

    At last during this past year i have got myself strong thinking, i have payplan helping sort out payments to my creditors, i stopped claiming a benifit to which i was no longer entitled, decided i'am homosexual and want to stay that way, i do m********e and can live with myself doing it a couple of times a week, i'm religous but quite happy to pray by myself at this time, i no longer take or want to take slimming pills from a doctor or internet, i can eat well without very much money living a basic life, i no longer look at internet adult kinky p**n, infact i hate it, i love life so much that never again will stupid thoughts of suicide enter my mind, i do get pains in my lower back and knee but i take only a very limited amount of painkillers to control it but it is helped by being positive, i love my computer it is my only real luxury surfing the internet, helping others and listening to internet radio.

    Yes one year after reaching the bottom i'm in full control again, i suppose being relistic i know i will get some setbacks but guess what i will not be panicked into doing anything, i know i have survived what could have been a very dodgy life possibly in prision, thanks to so many kind thoughtfull people who never gave up on me, they think i don't know who they are but i have grownup and wish i could thank them personally, maybe one day.

  4. First consider what you desire to be, and what hinders progress in becoming what you feel you are. Write a list of your values and qualities and a column of your vices and flaws. Write about yourself in the third person, whilst retaining a column to note what causes these flaws or good points.

    You will over a period of time be able to draw inspiration from your own observations of who you are. Then you can build upon your positive aspects and seek to decrease and eliminate the negative. Good Luck.

  13. First you must who you are not!!! and follow a line of elimination, what you may find is that you are 'legion' aperson with a thousand identities all trying to be boss, and it is this that is keeping you confused, you play so many different roles in life, one minute dutiful son, next minute husband or boyfriend, etc you have a different hat for evey occassion and a lot of the time these different personalities clash and conflict with each other, this I think is one of the major causes of mental problems, you have a thousand little 'I' trying to take control of your life but what you want is one big all powerful 'I' to take control, strong stable and consistant, someone who can take chaerge and resposibility for your life - The great 'I AM'  One suggestion I can make is perhaps read some books that are linked to this personal development books such as;

    The quest for the overself - by Paul Brunton

    There are many more and different schools of thought such as;

    The fourthway by PD Ouspensky

    all looking for the development of the I AM but | found Paul Bruntons book the easiest to follow and recommend it highly, it did help to change my life around

  14. You don't.  The more you discover, there more there is to discover.  You can only be comfortable with who you are and the only way to do that is be yourself, do what you want, understand your own motives, morals, desires and generally enjoy being you.  Also don't confuse success with knowing who you are.  You don't have to succede at something or prove anything to feel like you know who you are.  Anyone can know themselves.

    Two good exercises are to write out your life story and be 100% truthful (you never have to show it to anyone) and write out lists of 10 things you like, you want, you hate, 10 people you admire, 10 favourite memories Etc.

  15. try asking yourself?

  16. take a steamy hot p**p in your hand. dig through it deeply, don't mind the smell. look to see what is in it. Skeletal remains, food remains, etc. Determine what you have put in your body from digging through this f***s, it tells a lot about a man form what he eats. Then take the hollow steamy f***s and stick your weiner in it and keep it on it for a total of three weeks. Drink green tea three times a day. Once complete, you will have an itchy rash on your shmog, but it will all be worth it, for you will hyave discoverd your true self. Good luck on your spiritual journey throughout space and time.
