How do I find out who my local MP is or who I should send this to?

I want to send a letter or email to my local Mp or to someone who matters about the Lead The Way bill trying to ban the sale of animals in pet shops although I dont know who I should send it to I am pretty certain this is my MP "Hon. Mark McGowan MLA

Minister for Education and Training; South West

House: Legislative Assembly

Electorate: Rockingham

Party: ALP"

As I am from Rockingham, but it says he is the minister for education and training so should I send it to someone else?
