  1. the court house in your area can tell you, also the water dept or the police station usually knows.

  2. In Calif I tried to find out who owned a rented house. Nothing online anymore with Tax records will give you any info.

Unless youi call the city hall and tell them the fence between the the properties is falling down and the renters are not being responsible. They should get a letter to the owners and still you willnot get to know their names.

  3. You should be able to go to your local town hall, to the Board of Assessors, and find out who pays the taxes on that address.  That would tell you who owns the building.

As for the dog problem, you should call the police when you feel threatened, and have them request the animal control officer.  Take pictures of the scene, when the dog is leaning on the fence.  And keep calling - police don't cut anyone slack if they are causing a problem, and a large dog pushing down a flimsy fence is an imminent danger to the public.

  4. It would help if you mentioned where you live.  In a lot of places, you can check the tax appraisal records online.

  5. Town tax records are open to the public.  Just look up the address.  Ask local animal control about requirements for such dogs.  Some towns have fence requirements that your neighbors don't seem to meet.

  6. get a hold of animal control and the police to help you with your problem. the owner most likely will get a citation for the broken fence and if anything happens where that dog gets loose and god forbids anything worse... they will be fined and maybe charged with negligence and endangerment just for not fixing it right the first time.

  7. Go to the local officials or town hall and go to the tax or zoning office and ask who owns it. Make sure you have the Street and house number present.

  8. go to yellowpages.com and go to find a person then enter the info.

  9. why don't you just call the SPCA or who ever deals with nuisance animals.  they will me them fix the fence or whatever needs to happen. the owners might not even know they have the dogs there to begin with.

  10. Your town hall can tell you who owns the house.

  11. Your local tax department will have the owner of the house listed on the tax records.  This is public information.

  12. You can contact your local city government. I needed to do this for a similar situation. It is never the same place with each city but the owner has to pay taxes so it should be on file somewhere. Just start with calling main line and look or housing/real estate. Also the best thing is to report them to Animal Control. That will ensure a fix to the problem. I did both.
