  1. Ask the lawyer.

    He may tell you it's none of your business, but it can't hurt to ask.


  2. An executor of an estate doesn't get named until it is in probate - contact the attorney handling the probate or the probate court.

  5. Estate plans are private until the will is filed for probate.
