They maybe able to replace the keys.

I need to get a new key per my x-cargo x-treme I lost the two keys and I don't know where I can get a new one.

Some Sears stores keep boxes of old excargo parts in the back.  We needed some replacement roof rack brackets for our old carrier and the manager was kind enough to let us browse through the box.  We found what we needed, and he let us have them no charge.
Be careful who you talk to, as I returned later and a salesman at the counter said he had no parts available.  Check with the boss.
