How do I find someone in jail and what jail thier in? ?

I have a friend who was in sana clara jail, in ca and he got transfered, and I moved as well as changed my number but want to find him so I can write him, how can I find him?

The Sana Clara jail can tell you what county he was transferred to.  Once you find out, call that county and find out his C.R. number or whatever his inmate number may be.  THey'll be able to tell you what steps are necessary to write him.

Go to your local sheriffs department website and scroll down to "Who's in Jail". Click on it and type in the last name of whoever it is you are looking for. Then you find this persons name on the list and click on it. All of the information you are looking for will be on page that comes up.
